2. What data we process and why
playasferrol.es has no user accounts or forms. The only personal data processed is the following:
If you email us
If you write to manel.espineira@gmail.com, we will use your address and whatever you tell us only to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent when you write to us. We will keep the message for as long as needed to handle your request.
Visitor statistics
To know how many people visit the site and which pages they read, we use Tracko (tracko.es), an analytics tool owned by the site owner. Tracko uses a playasferrol.es cookie that identifies your session and anonymises your IP address; we do not use it to identify you or combine it with other data. It is only activated if you give your consent in the cookie notice, so the legal basis is your consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The data is stored on Hostinger servers in the European Union and is not shared with third parties.
Affiliate links
Some links lead to Amazon or Booking.com. When you click them you leave playasferrol.es, and those companies process your data under their own privacy policies. We do not receive any of your personal data: only aggregated reports of purchases or bookings to calculate commissions.
Web hosting
The playasferrol.es server is hosted by Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd.), which keeps technical logs of visits, such as the IP address or browser, for security and operational reasons. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
3. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties, except with the providers mentioned above to the extent needed to provide the service, or when required by law.
4. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to manel.espineira@gmail.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
5. Children
playasferrol.es is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data.
